• No Ownership or Rights: Donations do not grant donors any ownership rights, intellectual property interests, or influence over the documentary’s content, production, or distribution.

• Use of Funds: All donated funds will be used exclusively to support the documentary’s development, including production, marketing, administrative, distribution expenses, and the Site related services.

• No Obligation to Complete or Distribute the Documentary: While donations contribute indeed in good faith exclusively to the development of the documentary project with the aim to complete the production, publish, and distribute the documentary film, the Host is under no legal or contractual obligation to complete, publish, release, or distribute the film.

3. Events and Training

We offer both online and in-person events, workshops, and training sessions. Registration may require payment, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

• Access is granted only to registered and paid participants.
• Event details, including dates and formats, are subject to change. We will notify you in case of any major changes.
• Cancellation and refund policies for events and training will be specified on the event registration page. Unless otherwise stated, event fees are non-refundable.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Captain Forest do not collect or store your payment information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

5. Refund Policy

For digital content and subscriptions:

• Payments of Captain Forest services (events, masterclasses, media contant) are non-refundable, except when there is a written mention “satisfied or refunded” in the description of the product or service.
• If a refund is granted, transaction fees (e.g., Stripe or banking fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Site Management

To ensure proper management of the website, we reserve the right to, at any time and without prior notice:

• Suspend, interrupt, or restrict access to all or part of the website, or reserve access to specific sections or to certain categories of users;
• Remove or disable any content that may disrupt the functioning of the site or that violates national or international laws or regulations;
